Ingredients
  • 00 1/2 cup Flour
  • 01 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 02 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 03 2 Eggs
  • 04 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 05 1/2 cup Chocti Ghee Spread
  • 06 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 07 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 08 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 09 1 tsp Coconut Oil (to help melt ghee)
  • 10 Mint (optional)
  • 11 Strawberries (optional)
Preparation
  • 00 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • 01 In a large mixing bowl add your sugar, flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking powder. In a separate bowl add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat well. Then combine the wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
  • 02 In a small microwave safe dish add 1 tsp coconut oil and chocolate ghee, microwave for 10 seconds. Remove, mix then add to brownie batter and mix well. Spray silicon molds with nonstick spray and fill 3/4 of the way. When ready add to oven and bake 20-22 minutes.
  • 03 Remove from oven and allow to cool. Dust with powdered sugar, top with strawberries and mint. Enjoy!
