01 In a large mixing bowl add your sugar, flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking powder. In a separate bowl add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat well. Then combine the wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
02 In a small microwave safe dish add 1 tsp coconut oil and chocolate ghee, microwave for 10 seconds. Remove, mix then add to brownie batter and mix well. Spray silicon molds with nonstick spray and fill 3/4 of the way. When ready add to oven and bake 20-22 minutes.
03 Remove from oven and allow to cool. Dust with powdered sugar, top with strawberries and mint. Enjoy!
