Avocado & Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
  • 00 2 Hass Avocados
  • 01 1 pounds Broccoli
  • 02 2 tbsps Dijon Mustard
  • 03 2 tbsps Manuka Honey
  • 04 1 tbsp 4th & Heart Ghee Oil
  • 05 1 pinch Salt
  • 06 1 pinch Black Pepper
Preparation
  • 00 Place a quart of water into a large soup pan and bring to a boil
  • 01 Cut the last inch of the broccoli stem and toss or save
  • 02 Add broccoli
  • 03 Let boil for approximately 4-5 minutes
  • 04 Remove
  • 05 Allow to cool
  • 06 Once cool cut into u00be inch cubes
  • 07 Cut avocado once in half lengthwise
  • 08 Shimmy the top loose
  • 09 Remove the pit
  • 10 Carefully peel the avocado skin
  • 11 Place each half of the avocado face down on cutting board
  • 12 Cut in into thirds
  • 13 Then cut the thirds again three times
  • 14 Place all ingredients into a bowl
  • 15 For Dressing, Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk with fork or whisk
  • 16 Add dressing
  • 17 Toss lightly with your freshly washed fingers
