Ingredients
  • 00 2 tbsps Vanilla Bean Ghee
  • 01 1 whole Banana
  • 02 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 03 1 Grain-free Tortilla
  • 04 1/4 Coconut Yogurt
  • 05 1 handful Organic Berries
  • 06 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 07 1 tsp Chia Seeds
Preparation
  • 00 Add vanilla bean ghee to a frying pan, and allow it to melt.
  • 01 Next, add in sliced bananas and cook until brown on both sides.
  • 02 Option to add cinnamon, remove set aside.
  • 03 Next, cook tortilla using the same pan, and option to add additional ghee until the tortilla becomes firm like a tostada.
  • 04 Once cooled, spread tortilla with coconut yogurt, organic berries, almond butter and chia seeds.
  • 05 NOW fold it over and eat it like a taco!
