Ingredients
  • 00 1/2 cup Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee Melted
  • 01 2 Eggs
  • 02 3/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 03 15 ounces Pumpkin Puree For the Pie Filling
  • 04 2 Eggs For the Pie Filling
  • 05 1/2 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk For the Pie Filling
  • 06 1/3 cup Chocti For the Pie Filling
Preparation
  • 00 Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • 01 In a large bowl, beat eggs and combine with ghee and coconut flour to form a dough.
  • 02 Pat dough in a greased 9-inch pie pan and prick with a fork.
  • 03 Bake dough for 8 minutes and allow to cool.
  • 04 Turn oven to 350 F.
  • 05 In a food processor, combine pie filling ingredients until uniform.
  • 06 Add pie filling to crust and bake for 45 minutes.
  • 07 Allow to cool before serving.
