  • 00 2 cups butternut squash thinly sliced
  • 01 2 tbsps ginger root freshly grated
  • 02 2 tbsps coconut sugar
  • 03 1 tbsp Fourth & Heart Himalayan Salted Ghee
  • 04 salt to taste
  • 00 Poach butternut squash in water for 13 minutes.
  • 01 Remove from heat, strain and set aside.
  • 02 In a separate frying pan, heat ghee and add ginger and coconut sugar. Sautu00e9 for about 3 minutes.
  • 03 Add butternut squash and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
