Hearts of Palm Soup in Reverse

  • 00 6 Hearts of Palm
  • 01 1 Can Canned Coconut Milk
  • 02 1/2 cup Chicken Bone Broth
  • 03 1 tbsp Garlic or Original Ghee
  • 04 1 tsp Salt
  • 05 1 Hot Red Pepper (optional)
  • 00 Chop the Hearts of Palms into thirds
  • 01 Place them and all ingredients in a blender
  • 02 Blend on high for 3-minutes until coconut milk warms enough in blender
  • 03 Allow to completely emulsify
  • 04 Pour into bowl and heat in the microwave or place in soup pan
  • 05 Bring to a boil
  • 06 Serve with ghee as a garnish to top it
