Description

A little something to add to your breakfast bowls, or to simply snack alone, and perfectly sweetened with a touch of honey.

Ingredients
  • 00 3/4 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 01 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 02 3 wholes Chopped Dates
  • 03 3 tbsps Ground Flax Seed
  • 04 1/3 cup Chopped Pistachios
  • 05 1 1/2 tbsps Honey
  • 06 1 tbsp Original Ghee
  • 07 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 08 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 09 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preparation
  • 00 Preheat oven to 325, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 01 In a medium bowl, combine coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, dates, cinnamon, ground flax, and sea salt.
  • 02 Melt honey and ghee together in a microwave, and pour over dry mixture, along with vanilla extract.
  • 03 Transfer granola to baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes, making sure to stir half way.
  • 04 Allow granola to cool, and toss in additional coconut flakes.
