Ingredients
  • 00 3 Eggs
  • 01 2 Ripe Plantains
  • 02 1/2 cup Pumpkin
  • 03 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 04 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 05 1/3 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 06 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 07 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 08 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 09 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 10 2 tsps Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 11 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 12 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Preparation
  • 00 Blend everything in a high-power blender.
  • 01 Then, pour the mixture into a greased donut pan.
  • 02 Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. (I did 12 minutes in my convection oven.)
  • 03 Let them cool completely.
  • 04 To make the genache, melt some 4th & Heart Original Recipe Chocti for about 15-20 seconds.
  • 05 Dip the cooled donuts in the genache and store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
