Baked Ginger Pears
Ingredients
- 8 pears (halved)
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla Bean Ghee
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Place the halved pears in a large roasting pan
- In a small bowl, melt and mix together the Vanilla Bean Ghee, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Pour the mixture over the carrots and toss to coat.
- Turn the pear halves cut side up and roast for 30-40 minutes, until softened and slightly browned. Note that the roasting time will vary depending on the size of the carrots.
- Serve warm, drizzled with the pan juices.
