• 1 steak
  • 5 tbsp 4th & Heart Ghee Stick
  • 4 tsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp flake sea salt

  • Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, and add 1 tbps of ghee.
  • Dry the sirloin steak with a paper towel. Season it with salt.
  • Place the seasoned steak in the hot skillet. Sear it on both sides for about 3-4 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches your preference.
  • Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • In a small bowl, combine 4th & Heart ghee, finely chopped parsley, lemon pepper, and flake sea salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Chill the herbed ghee mixture in the refrigerator until solid.
  • Transfer the rested steak to a serving plate or cutting board. Place a generous dollop of the chilled herbed ghee on top of the hot steak.
  • Allow the herbed ghee to melt slightly over the steak before serving.
  • Serve the sirloin steak with the melted herbed ghee on top and enjoy!

Remember to adjust the cooking times based on the thickness of the steak and your preferred level of doneness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the steak is cooked to your desired temperature.
