This innovative #BakingWithGhee dessert will be sure to please everyone at your table, and help you find a new excuse to break out your waffle iron!


– 2 eggs

– 1 tbsp 4th & Heart Ghee

– 2/3 cup pure cane sugar

– 2 tbsp brown sugar

– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

– 1/3 cup cacao powder

– 1/4 cup cassava flour

– 1/4 tsp baking powder

– pinch of salt

– non-dairy vanilla ice cream

4th & Heart Chocti

– chopped nuts of choice


Mix eggs, ghee, vanilla, and sugars together in a large mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Spray waffle iron with Ghee Oil Spray to prevent sticking, then add your mix to the waffle iron and cook until the waffle is crispy. Top with non-dairy vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of Chocti, and nuts of your choice!
