Ingredients 1 slice of sourdough bread, 1 Tbsp 4th & Heart Garlic Ghee, 1/3 cup of cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, 1 mozzarella ball (8oz), 1/3 cup of fresh basil (torn or cut into pieces), 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional)

Directions Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. Spread ghee evenly on both sides of the sourdough bread and toast the bread on both sides until golden and crispy – about 2 minutes per side. While toasting, slice cherry tomatoes in half and season with salt and pepper, then slice mozzarella into rounds. Once the bread is toasty, remove it from the skillet and layer pieces of mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil on top of the sourdough. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (optional) and enjoy!
