Ingredients 1 slice of sourdough bread, 1 Tbsp 4th & Heart Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee, 1/3 cup of cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, 1 mozzarella ball, fresh basil (torn or cut into pieces), 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional)

Directions Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. Spread ghee evenly on both sides of the sourdough bread and toast the bread on both sides until golden and crispy – about 2 minutes per side. While toasting, slice cherry tomatoes in half and season with salt and pepper, then slice mozzarella into rounds. Once the bread is toasty, remove it from the skillet and layer pieces of mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil atop the sourdough. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired and enjoy!
