Cheddar Scallion Hash Brown Waffle

STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING because you’re going to want to save this Cheddar Scallion Hash Brown Waffle recipe to make this weekend! 


- 1.5 cups hash brown

- 2 pasture raised eggs

- 2 tbsp milk of choice

- a handful shredded cheddar cheese

- 3 scallions, sliced thinly

- salt + pepper to taste

- 4th & Heart Ghee Oil Spray


  1. Combine all ingredients except the Ghee Oil Spray in a bowl and stir together.
  2. Spray your waffle iron with Ghee Oil Spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Put mixture onto the waffle iron and cook until the edges are crispy and the center is cooked through. 
  4. Top with an egg fried in ghee and a sprinkle of extra scallions! Enjoy!
