Creamy Rosemary Mashed Potatoes


2 lbs. Potatoes

¼ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

½ Cup mozzarella Cheese, grated

3 Tbsp. Garlic Ghee

1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, chopped

½ Tbsp. Salt

½ Tbsp. Pepper


  1. Peel potatoes and rinse in cold water, cut into cubes.
  2. In a large pot bring 5 quarts of water to boil, add your potatoes.
  3. Cook until easily pierced with a knife (20-25 minutes).
  4. Drain your potatoes and transfer to a large mixing bowl, add garlic ghee, heavy whipping cream and mozzarella cheese. With a hand mixer, break down the potatoes until smooth.
  5. Add fresh rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix together and serve immediately.
