Ingredients:
1 cup 4th & Heart Unsalted Ghee Stick (softened)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the softened 4th & Heart Unsalted Ghee, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, blueberries, and diced strawberries.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips:
Ensure the berries are dry before folding them into the dough to prevent excess moisture.
