2 tablespoons of 4th & Heart Unsalted Ghee

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 cups of heavy cream

1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

1/2 cup of grated fontina cheese

Salt & pepper to taste

16oz of Gnocchi


Melt 1 tbsp ghee in a large saucepan or skillet over medium heat, and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour the heavy cream into the saucepan with the garlic and ghee. Stir well to combine.

Reduce the heat to low and let the cream mixture simmer gently for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cheeses: Gradually add Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, and fontina cheeses to the sauce, stirring continuously until the cheeses melt and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper: Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper to preference. 

Heat oven to high. In a new saucepan, melt 4th & Heart at medium heat, saute the gnocchi for about 5 minutes each side, and combine with the sauce, top it with parmesan cheese. Broil under high heat uncovered for 5min, or until cheese is melted and golden.
