This recipe calls for olive oil, but we recommend you sub in ghee to get an extra dose of healthy fats and micronutrients. We know you’ll love it as much as we do.

Keto “rice” has never been easier or more delicious! This is an updated take on veggie fried rice, but has way more nutrients (thank you cauliflower!) and comes together in a snap. Cook this for lunch, a dinner side, or even a dinner entree with additional protein added in – we’d recommend shrimp or chicken!

This meal is definitely on the heartier side so it would be best served at dinner, and it is absolutely packed with incredible flavor. We had to include chicken soup on here because it’s the gold standard of “feel good” food. Normally, chicken soup takes hours to make, but this recipe takes less than 20 minutes (yes, you read that right!) for maximum delicious, chicken-y goodness because it’s made in an Instant Pot! Now you can get your chicken soup fix in minutes and have it hot and ready for whenever you’re hungry!

Pad Thai is one of the best dishes ever gifted to humankind, so we were especially thrilled to find this Keto version! This recipe uses coconut oil, but we *highly* recommend that you substitute our 4th and Heart Ghee for even more flavor! Try it with our Himalayan Salt Ghee or our Garlic Ghee. Whip this up for an easy and (most importantly) VERY satisfying weeknight lunch or dinner!

We included this recipe for many reasons, but chief among them is that this naan can serve as a vessel for any and all keto meals – wraps, sandwiches, croutons, or just warmed with some of our ghee spread on top and eaten as is, which is just how we like it! This recipe also pairs very well with the Chicken Tikka Masala Meatballs above. Whip up a batch of this incredible Indian-style bread and use it all week long for whatever your heart (or stomach) desires!

We can’t believe that we’ve gone this long without ever hearing of pancake cake, but now that it’s in our lives, it’ll never leave! This is a super yummy and fruity dessert that will satisfy every sweet tooth in the house. Lemon and blueberry is already a match made in heaven, but the addition of fresh thyme in this recipe takes the flavor of this cake into the stratosphere. Make it for dessert, and then have another slice for breakfast the next day!

There is nothing more divine or decadent than a chocolate lava cake. It is the ultimate dessert in our books made even BETTER by the addition of espresso! This recipe calls for a pinch of Himalayan sea salt, but why not kill two birds with one stone and use our Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee instead? That way, you get all of the rich flavor of our grass-fed ghee, plus the slight saltiness that will cut through all of that luxurious chocolate. It doesn’t get any better than this!
