Garlic Ghee infused with Rosemary for Rolls 




8 Tbsp. Garlic Ghee (or ½ cup)

Fresh Rosemary


  1. In a small saucepan on medium heat add garlic ghee. 
  2. Once garlic ghee is melted, reduce to low heat and place fresh rosemary in the saucepan (place the rosemary in the pan whole, do not chop it) and stir continuously for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove rosemary and discard, brush melted butter on top of any rolls or bread.
