Get Dinner On The Table In 20 Minutes (or Less!)

Whether you like to cook and don’t have the time, or are just unfamiliar in the kitchen, we rounded up a few recipes that are easy, delicious, and above all, FAST.

All of the recipes that you’ll see below can be made in 20 minutes or less, so you spend less time worrying about getting dinner on the table and more time eating it. Enjoy, and happy cooking!

Quick and Healthy Taco Bowls by @rachaelsgoodeats

Who doesn’t love tacos? This recipe is a fun and healthy play on a traditional taco that you can have for lunch or dinner. This recipe has two parts (a chunky mango pico and the taco bowl itself), so we recommend making the chunky mango pico and keeping it in the fridge for whenever you want this delicious recipe! It also calls for avocado oil, so we recommend using 4th & Heart ghee to your heart’s content.

Easy Whole30 Chinese Chicken and Broccoli by @rachlmansfield

This is another recipe that you can eat for lunch or dinner, and it also makes for some pretty amazing leftovers. You can also make a side of noodles or rice if you want to add some grains to this dish, but the recipe is just as good (and filling) on its own! We subbed in 4th & Heart Garlic ghee for this recipe to add some buttery, garlicky goodness, but feel free to use any of our ghee flavors to make this take-out style Chinese food in the comfort of your own home! Most importantly, it’s ready in under 20 minutes.

Chipotle Shrimp Salad with Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette by @paleorunningmomma

We absolutely adore a shrimp salad of any kind, so we had to include this recipe on our roundup. It has SO much flavor and has a cooking time of approximately five minutes, so what else is there to say? This delicious (and VERY nutritious) salad can be eaten all day long, keeps well in the fridge, and will become a weeknight favorite for you and yours. We recommend using Turmeric ghee, Garlic ghee, or Himalayan Salt ghee to pump up the flavor and take this recipe over the top.

Mediterranean-Style Oven Baked Salmon in Foil by @themediterraneandish

We are hard pressed to find recipes that we love more than a one-pan meal, and that’s exactly what this recipe is! Every ingredient gets placed in a foil pouch and roasted, so all you have to do is assemble, set it, and forget it (but don’t forget to set a timer)! Between the salmon and all of the vegetables, this is a meal all in itself -- and the best part is that the cleanup is minimal to none. All of the flavors meld together in one gorgeous little package, and it’s ready in 20 minutes flat!

Carne Asada Steak Kebabs by @whatgreatgrandmaate

We wanted to feature at least one grilling recipe on this roundup, so what better dish to focus on than steak kebabs? Although they marinade for at least two hours (and up to 24), the marinade is super fast to put together, and the whole meal can be prepared and assembled up to a day in advance. All you need to do is grill the kebabs, which take between 8-12 minutes only! A delicious (and highly recommended) hack for this recipe is to baste the steak kebabs with melted ghee while they’re grilling. This will do two things: one, it will keep them super moist and they won’t stick to the grill, and two, you’ll infuse yummy butter flavor into the steak as it cooks! These babies are ready in no time at all, and we guarantee that they’ll become one of your favorites.

Cauliflower Pulao by @easycookingwithmolly

This is a super easy, incredibly flavorful, rice pilaf-adjacent dinner that comes together in under 20 minutes! This recipe feels like one giant, warm hug because of all the amazing aromatics and spices, and it’s also vegetarian! It calls for turmeric, but you’re in luck -- we used 4th & Heart Turmeric Ghee, which both turmeric AND a delicious buttery kick to the dish. You truly cannot go wrong making this dinner, and we know you’ll love it as much as we do!
