Ghee Roasted Croutons

As October is where we officially get into sweater weather, PSL's and cozy eats and treats, we're starting off our Fall recipes with our favorite soup topper - Ghee Roasted Croutons!
Ghee Roasted Croutons
Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped, cubed bread
- 1/2 cup 4th & Heart Ghee Oil (or, use 4th & Heart Garlic Ghee for Garlic Roasted Croutons!)
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F
- In a large bowl, add cubed bread, melted ghee, black pepper and salt. Toss together and ensure the bread is well coated.
- Spread the bread evenly on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the croutons are golden.
- Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
- Serve on your favorite fall soup! We've topped our favorite Roasted Red Pepper Blender Soup for this recipe.
- Store any leftover croutons in an airtight container for up to 5 weeks.
