As October is where we officially get into sweater weather, PSL's and cozy eats and treats, we're starting off our Fall recipes with our favorite soup topper - Ghee Roasted Croutons!

Ghee Roasted Croutons

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F
  2. In a large bowl, add cubed bread, melted ghee, black pepper and salt. Toss together and ensure the bread is well coated. 
  3. Spread the bread evenly on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the croutons are golden. 
  4. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
  5. Serve on your favorite fall soup! We've topped our favorite Roasted Red Pepper Blender Soup for this recipe. 
  6. Store any leftover croutons in an airtight container for up to 5 weeks.
