Ghee & Rosemary Roasted Carrots with a Honey Glaze

  • 1 pound of carrots (peeled and trimmed)
  • 2 tablespoons Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Place the peeled carrots in a single layer in a baking pan or dish
  3. In a small bowl, melt and mix together the Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee, honey, rosemary, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the carrots and toss to coat. 
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until carrots are fork tender and browned. Note that the roasting time will vary depending on the size of the carrots. 
  5. Remove from oven and serve!
