Ghee & Rosemary Roasted Carrots with a Honey Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 pound of carrots (peeled and trimmed)
- 2 tablespoons Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Place the peeled carrots in a single layer in a baking pan or dish
- In a small bowl, melt and mix together the Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee, honey, rosemary, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the carrots and toss to coat.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until carrots are fork tender and browned. Note that the roasting time will vary depending on the size of the carrots.
- Remove from oven and serve!
