Cut Pineapple

4th & Heart Ghee Spray

Spices of your Choice

Also needed: Grill or Cast Iron


  1. Prepare your ingredients - thaw your shrimp and remove tails, and cut your pineapple into bite sizes
  2. Coat shrimp with ghee spray and spices of your choice
  3. Put shrimp and pineapple on skewers
  4. Place skewers on the grill or cast iron until shrimp is cooked
  5. Enjoy on its own or serve over rice with your favorite sauce
