Italian Baked Eggs

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 4th & Heart Ghee Spray
- 1/4 cup of parsley
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
While the oven preheats, prepare an oven-safe, medium nonstick pan. Spray pan with 4th & Heart ghee, add tomato sauce, garlic, eggs, parsley, salt & pepper.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still soft, approximately 7 to 9 minutes.

Place the sourdough bread in the toaster. Use to dip into the egg mix, and enjoy!
