Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Packed Dates
  • 1/3 cup Walnuts
  • 2 tbsps Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Bean Ghee Melted
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes

Preparation

  1. Soak dates for about 7-10 minutes in warm water
  2. Next, place dates, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds into a food processor, and mix until well-combined
  3. Add the melted vanilla bean ghee, pumpkin spice, and pinch of sea salt
  4. Roll into bite-sized balls, and store in the fridge
  5. Enjoy!
