Upside-Down Pear Tarts

Ingredients

●1 roll puff pastry
●6 tbsp honey
●3 pears, sliced
●1 tbsp 4th & Heart Vanilla Ghee
●1 tbsp powdered sugar
●1 egg

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 390F degrees. Cut the pears in half and then cut into even slices, about ⅓ inch thick. Drizzle 1 tbps of honey on 6 evenly spaced sections of parchment lined baking sheet; Place ½ of each pear on each drizzle of honey. Cover each set of pears with puff pastry. Press to seal edges, then seal edges with fork. Melt 4th & Heart Ghee and mix with egg. Brush egg wash all over each puff pastry. Bake for about 20minutes. Let it cool for 15min, sprinkle sugar on top and serve!
