Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats, 2 cups unsweetened alternative milk of choice, 1 medium sliced banana, 1 tsp 4th & Heart Vanilla Bean Ghee, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp unflavored collagen powder, pinch of flaky salt on top.

Directions: Combine all ingredients except banana into a small saucepan and turn heat to medium high. Bring to a simmer then turn the heat down to medium low and stir continuously for around 3 - 5 minutes as the oatmeal cooks and thickens. Once oatmeal is at the desired consistency, remove from heat, and serve immediately. Top with fresh fruit if desired, and enjoy!
