Ghee Rosemary Roasted Carrots with Honey Glaze

What You’ll Need:
- 1 pound of carrots, peeled and trimmed
- 2 Tbsp 4th & Heart Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the peeled carrots in a single layer in a baking pan or dish.
- In a small bowl, melt the ghee. Once melted, mix in the honey, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the carrots and toss to coat.
- Place the carrots in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until carrots are fork tender and browned. Note that the roasting time will vary depending on the size of the carrots.
- Remove from the oven to cool for 1-2 minutes and serve!
