Shrimp Scampi

What You’ll Need:
- 2 Tbsp 4th & Heart Original Ghee
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup dry white wine (we used a pinot grigio)
- ¾ tsp kosher salt, to taste
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Dash of freshly ground black pepper
- Freshly squeezed juice of ½ lemon
- 1 ¾ pounds large or extra-large shrimp, shelled, cleaned, deveined
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt ghee with olive oil.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
- Add dry white wine, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
- Bring to a simmer, letting the liquid reduce by half, about 2-4 minutes. Add in the lemon juice.
- Add shrimp and sauté until they just turn pink, roughly 2-4 minutes.
- Serve over your choice of pasta or accompanied by your choice of bread.
- Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
