
Truffle Grilled Cheese

What You’ll Need:
- 2 slices bread (we recommend sourdough or brioche)
- 1 Tbsp 4th & Heart Truffle Ghee, found exclusively at Whole Foods Market
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- Handful of rinsed baby arugula
Instructions:
- Spread truffle ghee on one side of each piece of bread
- Place one slice of bread in pan ghee side down, on low het
- Stack the Swiss and parmesan cheeses, add the baby arugula, and top with the second slice of bread, ghee side facing out.
- After 2 minutes, flip the sandwich in the pan so the opposite side gets toasted, another 2 minutes.
- Remove sandwich from pan and let cool. Slice in half and enjoy on its own or with our favorite Tomato Soup.
