Truffle Grilled Cheese

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 slices bread (we recommend sourdough or brioche)
  • 1 Tbsp 4th & Heart Truffle Ghee, found exclusively at Whole Foods Market
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  • Handful of rinsed baby arugula

Instructions:

  1. Spread truffle ghee on one side of each piece of bread
  2. Place one slice of bread in pan ghee side down, on low het
  3. Stack the Swiss and parmesan cheeses, add the baby arugula, and top with the second slice of bread, ghee side facing out.
  4. After 2 minutes, flip the sandwich in the pan so the opposite side gets toasted, another 2 minutes. 
  5. Remove sandwich from pan and let cool. Slice in half and enjoy on its own or with our favorite Tomato Soup
