Your New Favorite Oatmeal

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 2 tsp 4th & Heart Vanilla Bean Ghee
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp collagen powder (optional)
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • Pinch of flaky salt
  • Fresh fruit, nut butter, seeds for topping

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except banana into a small saucepan and turn heat to medium-high.
  2. Bring to a simmer, then turn the heat down to medium-low and stir continuously for 3-5 minutes as the oatmeal cooks and thickens.
  3. Once oatmeal is at the desired consistency, remove from heat and serve immediately.
  4. Top with banana or other fresh fruit, nut butter, seeds, and a dash of cinnamon, if desired, and enjoy!

Note: If making for a single person, this recipe can be halved for a smaller, more personal-sized portion.
