Your New Favorite Oatmeal

What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 2 tsp 4th & Heart Vanilla Bean Ghee
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp collagen powder (optional)
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- Pinch of flaky salt
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except banana into a small saucepan and turn heat to medium-high.
- Bring to a simmer, then turn the heat down to medium-low and stir continuously for 3-5 minutes as the oatmeal cooks and thickens.
- Once oatmeal is at the desired consistency, remove from heat and serve immediately.
- Top with banana or other fresh fruit and a dash of cinnamon if desired and enjoy!
Note: If making for a single person, this recipe can be halved for a smaller, more personal-sized portion.
