Gochujang Wings

Gochujang Wings

What You’ll Need:

  • 24 chicken wings (fresh or frozen)
  • 6 Tbsp gochujang
  • 5 Tbsp 4th & Heart Garlic Ghee
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • Toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions (for serving)
  • Preferred dipping sauce, like ranch or bleu cheese (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet by adding a cooling rack to the sheet (this helps air circulate around the wings, getting them crispy!).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and add them to a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  3. In a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat, add gochujang, ghee, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir until thoroughly combined. Adjust to taste as needed.
  4. Add prepared sauce to wings and toss to coat.
  5. Add wings to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on the size of the wings.
  6. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Top with sesame seeds and green onions and serve with your preferred dipping sauce.
