What You’ll Need:
- 24 chicken wings (fresh or frozen)
- 6 Tbsp gochujang
- 5 Tbsp 4th & Heart Garlic Ghee
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- Toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions (for serving)
- Preferred dipping sauce, like ranch or bleu cheese (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet by adding a cooling rack to the sheet (this helps air circulate around the wings, getting them crispy!).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and add them to a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- In a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat, add gochujang, ghee, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir until thoroughly combined. Adjust to taste as needed.
- Add prepared sauce to wings and toss to coat.
- Add wings to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on the size of the wings.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly. Top with sesame seeds and green onions and serve with your preferred dipping sauce.
